The employee will be in charge the preparation of all produce, cooking and service of food as directed by the chef in charge, whilst complying to the food safety act, portion control and presentation standards. Ensure the correct disposal and storage of all food items as directed by the chef in charge. They will also be responsible for ensuring produce is stored correctly at correct temperatures. We would also be giving the responsibility of stock checking. This a huge responsibility within the business as we source only the best authentic Italian produce, we have very limited deliveries, so the candidate will be responsibly for ensuring the correct stock is ordered and checking off stock as this is delivered.
