Supporting planning fee earners with project management and administration activities • Invoicing and financial management as part of a wider admin team • Planning fee earner diary management, including internal and external meetings • Upkeep and management of Savills internal databases • Filing, archiving, binding reports and photocopying • Proof reading and formatting of professional reports • Handling client telephone and email enquiries • Keeping up to date with changes to compliance requirements • Assistance with CSP events planning when required • Coordinating and communicating Central South Planning activities through social media platforms and liaising with the Savills social media and marketing teams • Liaising with other teams in the Wimborne office and other office duties from time to time • Liaising with other admin representatives across the Development Services division • Other administrative tasks that may come up over time
