We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated apprentice with the prospect of moving into a Commercial Insurance role upon completion of the apprenticeship. This opportunity is perfect for a candidate looking to get their foot in the door in the Commercial Insurance world and gain industry standard qualifications along the way.
20% of your working week will be dedicated to study, which will be supported by an appointed learning provider. The rest of your working week will be spent on the job with your colleagues assisting the account handling team with their day-to-day duties.
No previous work experience for this role is required as full training will be provided.
Apprentice Administrator Duties:
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Scanning and processing documentation and letters
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Use of bespoke software
- Leaarning and understanding of the insurance sector and relevant regulations and policies
- Supporting the wider team
- General administrative duties
