360 Property Services Leeds are looking for an Admin/Customer Service Apprentice to join their team. The position will include various roles and responsibilities including general admin, organisation of works and attending properties to complete inspections, after full training.
Closing date: 28 Aug 2022
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Total hours per week: 37.50

Level 2 (GCSE)
Responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and sending emails
- Printing works orders
- Organising the diary
- Contacting tenants
- Producing invoices
- Basic account work
- Pricing parts and producing quotes
- Customer service
- Attending properties and completing inspections using software provided
- Collecting keys
- General office admin
- Answering the telephone
Requirements and prospects
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic IT skills
- Cooperation/able to work part of a team
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent punctuality
GCSEs at grades D/3 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Full time employment, further training and promotions
Things to consider
Working late – during busy periods there maybe the odd occasion that the working day runs over in order to complete all works required.
Saturdays/bank holidays – there may be a possibility that you are required to work a bank holiday and/or a Saturday.
