Duties will include:
- Maintain excellent standards of personal, food and kitchen hygiene
- Check, prepare, assemble, cook, regenerate, hold and present food meeting the needs of the customers
- Endure compliance to procedures, menu specifications and recipes
- Produce food meeting portion controls and budgetary constraints
- Adapting and produce dishes to meet special dietary, religious and allergic requirements
- Use specialist kitchen equipment
- Produce dishes to suit individuals specific dietary requirements
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness
- Organisation and smooth running of the work area
- Communicate internally and externally with customers and colleagues

The candidate will follow a Level 2 Apprenticeship programme and study towards a full Level 2 Production Chef Pathway. This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College – South & West. If the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A-C (9-4) or equivalent, they will be required to complete a Level 1 Functional Skill in the relevant subject
