Duties
Timesheet Processing

  • Setting up contractor’s placement information onto the online timesheet portal
  • Input starter and leaver information on the online portal and payroll software
  • Entering of paper timesheets onto online timesheet system, retrieval of 3rd party timesheets from individual portals and matching limited company paper invoices
  • Printing and electronic filing of weekly payroll reports

Communications

  • Act, alongside the payroll and payments administrators as the first point of contact by monitoring central mailboxes and dealing with client, contractor, Limited Company queries via email and telephone
  • Liaising with contract administration, credit control and management accounts teams
  • Liaising with recruitment consultants and clients

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • A good knowledge of IT systems including Word, e-mail, the internet and particularly Excel
  • Accurate data-entry with keen attention to detail
