Your daily duties will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and over the telephone
  • Complaint handing and escalation
  • Recording and updating information
  • Dealing with courier companies, reporting and logging claims for lost or damaged parcels
  • Liaising with the Order Processing Dept, Returns & Parts Dept. & Warehouse Team
  • Dealing with sales enquires via emails or telephone
  • Ad-hoc office duties as required

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is beneficial
  • Knowledge of using a variety of online platforms would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given

Things to consider

Make sure you can travel to the workplace up to 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).

Also make sure you can easily travel to the college for any exams or lessons.
