Your daily duties will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and over the telephone
- Complaint handing and escalation
- Recording and updating information
- Dealing with courier companies, reporting and logging claims for lost or damaged parcels
- Liaising with the Order Processing Dept, Returns & Parts Dept. & Warehouse Team
- Dealing with sales enquires via emails or telephone
- Ad-hoc office duties as required
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Strong written and verbal communication is essential
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is beneficial
- Knowledge of using a variety of online platforms would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given

Things to consider
Make sure you can travel to the workplace up to 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
Also make sure you can easily travel to the college for any exams or lessons.
