    The working week will consist of a routine Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (with a 1 hour lunch) however often on a Friday they will finish at 4pm and take 30mins lunch.

Duties to include:

  • Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
  • Issuing letters to clients
  • Managing email inboxes
  • Use excellent customer service continuously
  • Organise and report data
  • Managing in-house computer systems
  • Dealing with incoming calls from clients and assisting appropriatetly
  • Collecting client information and completing the next steps
  • Arranging appointments with clients for other departments
