The role which we are currently looking to fill is that of a Sales Development Assistant, who through a combination of lead generation and business development will achieve sales targets whilst ensuring our customers are delighted through their engagements with SolutionsPT. The purpose of this role is:

  • Work within the overall company lead generation and pursuit processes
  • Align with the Company Customer Centric Selling process in all sales activity
  • Embody the company values in all engagements with customers, prospects, partners and suppliers
  • Provide input to a monthly sales report that allows market and customer feedback to be shared throughout the company and promote best practice within the sales team
  • Support the account sales teams
  • Assist Field Sales to ensure that all opportunities are detailed and updated, with relevant notes and correspondence, within the company CRM. That they are correctly categorised based on the relevant stage of the sales process and accurately forecast for closure
  • Provide customer feedback to sale management
  • Be an enthusiastic and engaged advocate for SolutionsPT and in particular the growth platform products and services
  • Fully and enthusiastically, participate in Meetings to develop self-learning and share best practice
  • Effectively communicate with members of the team to ensure a good understanding of products, services, sales forecast and activity

You’ll follow a structured curriculum set by the Leeds Trinity University. During the course you will spend 15 days per year at the University with the remainder of your working time forming part of our Sales Team.
