The role is primarily, but not limited to, supporting the Project function within the business, to assist with ensuring projects are effectively executed to exceptional standards.

The Projects Administrator will report directly to the Head of Projects and will directly support the Project Managers & Project Engineers executing tasks specifically but not limited to; general project documentation, co-ordination, logistics and project close out activities.

The Project Administrator will also support the Head of Projects with key Project Reporting to the Senior Management Team.

The role will also allow the opportunity to develop the Project Document Control function and will also act as general administration support to wider functions across the business including tasks such as ordering consumables, stationary, booking venues, catering etc. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Project Document Control (issuing, receiving and logging of all Customer Project Documentation) for all Project deliverables to the Customers. Monitoring Master Document Registers, document submission and returns and reporting variances
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Project Engineers to support project filing, documentation, product delivery and general project related support
  • Ensuring key documents are available to support internal group stakeholders such as engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, QHSE and test team
  • Input into monthly Projects & Engineering reports by updating and extracting project data and tracking KPIs
  • Develop Project Document Control for all Project deliverables to the Customers. Monitoring Master Document Registers, document submission and returns and reporting variances
  • Support the project Team with travel and Customer visits/meetings
  • Any other duties which support the Projects team in executing projects
  • General administration support to the Projects team and wider business areas

Desired qualifications

Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent). Must include Grade A-C / 9-4 or equivalent in both maths and English.
