An Exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our growing team at Vulcan Aluminium, as an Estimator and Business Administrator Apprentice. You will join our office team and spend your time developing your skills within the business as an apprentice estimator. You will develop your skills to be able to assist in all areas of the business.

As part of your daily duties you will be required to:

  • Prepare estimates and quotes for businesses
  • Assist with purchasing
  • Follow up on quotes
  •  Process Invoices and delivery notes
  • Deal with clients and customers on the phone and face to face
  • Learn all aspects of the business
  • Follow health and safety procedures
  • Attend and complete site visits
  • Provide an efficient administrative support service
  • Data input and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Using a variety of administration equipment including scanner, photocopier and printers
  • Filing
  • Provide other administrative duties as required
