  • To ensure general management of the office, effective communication with clients and staff
  • To perform a variety of administrative duties such as: filing, managing company’s email, answering phone, and providing clients/vendors with company’s info when prompted
  • To warmly greeting visitors to our office
  • To manage the homecare team’s diary
  • To manage PPE orders for carers
  • To assist the finance team to manage/produce invoices for clients/vendors and other support services
  • To use ONE PLAN system to track and record carers worked hours as well as clients care plans/needs preference and complains
  • To put together new client’s files and project manage their contract

Desired qualifications

  • You need to have a level 2 in Business/Business Admin or at least 6 months work experience within the admin field
  • 9-4/A-Cs or equivalent in English and Maths

Things to consider

We are care agency and we work with elderly people and/or people who cannot care for them, empathy and respect is important to us.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
