- Handle customer calls and emails
- Handle calls and emails from suppliers and contractors
- Order materials
- Liaise with insurance companies
- Maintain a well organised workspace.

- Experience using Microsoft office programmes: Excel and Word
- Use of the telephone
- Use of email such as Outlook.

Desired qualifications
GCSE grades C/4 or above, or A*/9 and above or equivalent in:
- English
- Maths
- ICT if possible.
Future prospects
- There will be future prospects at the Company for the right apprentice, we like to promote within the
- company and hope we would be able to take the apprentice on as a full time team member once completed.
Things to consider
- We offer 20 days annual holiday and 8 bank holidays
- On a Friday we finish at 4.30pm.
About the employer
IPC Construction is a building development company also dealing in insurance building works, we are a small busy office. We undertake numerous insurance works for large contracts. We have won a number of awards for Supplier of the year with various Contracts, in 2016,2017 and 2018.

- Apprenticeship Certificate (Pass or Distinction)
- Customer Service Level 2 Diploma (optional
- Level 1 Functional Skills in maths and English (equivalent to GCSE grade D-E or level 3-2) unless exempt.
Your training will amount to 20% of your paid time and will be delivered direct to you on a one-to-one
basis over a 18 month programme. Other forms of training include written assessments, being mentored, shadowing, in-house training, observations, mock assessments and work on your diploma.
