You will be responsible for managing our customers from start to finish. You will be selling our training courses and recruitment services, following up on courses and providing the full range of aftercare. You'll be contacting senior decision-makers to discuss their current challenges and objectives, as well as assisting them in determining how our courses may help their engineers improve their business performance.

Possible earning from £20,000 on completion of apprenticeship.

The main responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Advising Customers on relevant training courses and prerequisites
  • Taking bookings for all training courses by telephone, email and web
  • Organising and arranging onsite training courses
  • Using the Company accounts system to produce quotations and invoices
  • Printing Course Notes
  • Ensuring Training Centre is clean and tidy at all times
  • Assisting instructors and sending all relevant course notes prior to the course commencement
  • Issuing training certificates
  • Uploading, downloading exams and contacting delegates with results
  • Providing additional administrational support as required
  • Passing on messages received by phone and email
  • Use of MS Office
