  • The apprenticeship will focus on learning the operation and maintenance of the spray booth equipment
  • The factory is split into 3 cells, two of which are the paint lines and the Apprentice will work as part of a team
  • Attend morning meetings with the Cell Team Leader who will go through the Cell’s performance board discussing all issues relating to Quality, Health & Safety and Performance
  • The apprentice will have a primary approach to the rest of the day operating the spray booth, spraying customised products & assisting with colour changes
  • Responsibilities will also include housekeeping and maintenance whilst working alongside the established operatives

The apprentice will also have the opportunity to learn other production responsibilities such as Packing and Inspection.
