About the employer

I have just opened my new business this September and looking to grow it further and was hoping to hire an apprentice. Ideally someone that would like a career in Early Years. My Early Years Provision is called Mini Montessaurs, it is a childcare provision which incorporates the homely feel of a childminding setting whilst having the benefits that a nursery would offer with more children and staff and all year round year care. As a qualified Early Years Teacher, I will use my in-depth knowledge and skills to provide children with the best start into their early years. I follow a Montessori approach alongside a lot of outdoor learning. My provision is purpose built and will allow free flow indoors and outdoors all year round. I believe Early Years is where the love of learning is fostered, imaginations are developed and the foundations of learning are laid. In a supportive yet challenging environment children are able to explore and discover the world around them and prepare themselves for learning throughout their education and in life.
