With the skills that will allow you to walk into any indemand hospitality role. This involves working between BAHA, The Cranleigh Boutiwue, The Fizzy Tarté and The Lake View Garden Bar.

Our apprenticeship is 15 months long and this deliberately so that you have the chance to learn, challenge yourself and grow.
Skills:
Our course will give you the foundations in all areas of hospitality. This means accommodation, bars, restaurants and kitchen + plus of house :
- Housekeeping
- Reception
- Floor service
- Mixology Foundation skills
- Host
- Sales
- Table planning
- Customer Management
- Food Prep
- Pass co-ordination
You will learn from those who have been on the industry for a long time and who have golden nuggets of information to pass down to you. The apprenticeship will be both made up of theory and on the job learning, but we are all about using tech to make our lives easier so you will need to know or be prepared to learn some computer skills.
Location: Your training will take place across 4 venues, which are all based in bowness on windermere and these are:
- BAHA
- The Fizzy Tarté
- Lake View Garden Bar
- The Cranleigh Boutique
Hours: You will be working as one of the team, 5 shifts a week with x amount if time set aside for learning and course work.
Day to Day: We think it is important to keep you fresh and so each day or week will hopefully be different, whether you are working in a different location or department or honing your skills with a different team. As the age old saying goes, variety is the spice of life.

Strong maths skills and english skills are welcome, but equally as important is a positive attitude and a learning mindset.
Future prospects
There is potential to be kept on as a full time employee upon completion of the apprenticeship with us. We are all about building your future. Really the sky is your limit, we are a young growing company with plenty of opportunity for the right person(s). Provide we are both a great match for each other then we would look to keep you on full time and give you further tools to help you succeed. We already have a relationship with Ambleside University so there are both degree and other accredited learning channels for you.
