Your core responsibilities will continue to grow as you familiarise yourself with the company, product range, the industry and competitors, Alternative Bridging’s Marketing plans and how these are executed. Guided by the Management Team.

Some initial core responsibilities will include, but will not limited to:

  • Support Managing Director on continuing to build on PowerX Equipment Ltd & Llnclys Aggregates Ltd social media channels and managing the growth of PowerX Equipment Ltd & Llnclys Aggregates Ltd LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook page daily
  • Manage, monitor, and grow the number of fans, followers, connections, and subscribers for each social media channel via paid and organic campaign and ideas
  • Set up and grow new Social Media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube and curate content to reach target audiences
  • Create, plan, and agree monthly social media content across all channels
  • Collect content from Sales/senior team for in-person relevant content
  • Copywriting across social media and other digital channels
  • Work with the design team to create engaging imagery to be used across all channels
  • Responsibility for community engagement including reply to management
  • Monitor, report and analyse campaigns using digital reporting and toolsets
  • Image sourcing for social media, marketing collateral, website, case studies, etc.
  • Put together infographics, newsletters, presentations, videos and more as and when required
  • Support team with exciting ad-hoc projects such as execution of third-party tradeshows and exhibitions for the Sales team. Curate content from these events and shows for use over social media

  • This role requires a creative self-starter, someone who thinks outside the box and can work within a fast-paced environment. Time really is precious, so we are looking for an efficient, organised individual
  • We are looking for someone who has a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility for all things digital and manage deadlines and expectations, receive, and incorporate feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with copywriting skills

Personal qualities

  • Interest in digital marketing and social media platforms and an understanding of how these channels can help to deliver results, along with creative flair is crucial
