Day to day duties will include:

Showroom sales:

  • Provide a high quality service to the customers
  • Learn detailed information on the products and services offered to be able to offer them to customers appropriately using the EPOS systems
  • Assisting customers with purchase

 Processing payments Customer collections:

  • Provide customers with excellent customer service when collecting goods, finding the correct order and releasing them on the system and issuing the correct paperwork


  • Packing and sending out daily courier deliveries
  • Booking onto courier system and arranging collection

Booking on store deliveries:

  • Checking off and booking on into store deliveries from suppliers, allocating stock to customers

Stockroom maintenance:

  • Keeping stockroom tidy and clean ensuring deliveries taken off the shop floor and put away in the correct bay
  • This will involve using the store computer software and manual handling, full training will be provided

Showroom maintenance:

  • Ensuring the showroom is always clean and tidy, wall boards and ceiling boards kept fresh and up to date, bulbs changed when necessary
