This role is designed to provide an Apprentice with a wide range of experiences and administration skills.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting sales department with administration tasks as and when required
  • Shadowing and assisting sales members, eventually gaining your own customer base to manage
  • Working with different departments, sub-divisions and worldwide locations to ensure a smooth intercompany process
  • Conducting research on new potential customers
  • Attending customer visits and exhibitions
  • Reviewing business processes and making suggestions for improvement
  • Communicating with customers to provide quotations, and then proactively following them up
  • Participating in office meetings with the wider team

We are looking for a capable and motivated individual who takes a great deal of pride in their work and demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude towards their responsibilities.
