After full training given your responsibilities will include:
- Handling sales enquiries face to face over the trade counter
- Dealing with enquiries over the telephone
- Completing orders and counter sales for despatch
- Providing technical advice and support where necessary
- Assist customers with loading
- Provide quick quotations and follow ups to customers
- Update records on computer system
- Answering the phones
- Contacting Suppliers and Customers with regards to Orders
- Help out in other areas such as Warehouse/office when required
