Overley Hall Ltd. was established in 1980 by husband and wife duo, Anita and Paul Brown, who were the co-principals at that time. Both Anita and Paul had special education teaching backgrounds. They purchased the main building from the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) who ran a ‘Sunshine Home’ for children with visual impairments from 1950 to 1979.
