As a Machine Building apprentice at Multimech you will learn all aspects of producing Automation and Industrial Equipment for use within the Manufacturing industry.
You will learn how to manufacture machine parts in our toolroom using manual and CNC Milling machines, lathes and surface grinders.
You will learn how to assembly machine components to build jigs, fixtures and bespoke automatic machinery including industrial robots. As a multiskilled Engineer you will also cover basic Electrical skills including field wiring and panel building.
You will assist in the installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment on our clients’ sites, occasionally working overseas.
This is an amazing opportunity to work within a small professional team, working in a very diverse and interesting field within the manufacturing sector.

At Multimech we design, manufacture, assemble, install and commission industrial equipment. Projects can range from small jigs and fixtures to large robotic machinery.
