This position will be working alongside the current IT team members, aiming to provide day to day support on the help desk, providing first line IT support and advice across the business.
You will be involved in all aspects of IT, including:
- Setting up computers
- Installing software
- Keeping IT records and documents up to date
- Recycling old IT equipment
- Helping staff use devices and software
You will have the opportunity to work with other experienced IT professionals and learn about network configuration, database administration, web application development, and IP telephony.
