A normal day would include:

  • Data Entry
  • Book jobs on inhouse system from emails
  • Reply to emails from clients requesting bookings quotes and proof of deliveries
  • Chase missing purchase orders via email and phone
  • Order stationary
  • Book vehicles in for repairs and keep a log
  • Add new clients to system ensure all information has been filled in correctly
  • Insurance queries
  • Book interviews
  • Create Eshots and social media posts

About the employer

Established in 2011 DB couriers has grown from one man and a van to 35 Drivers and a full office of staff. 

We have a smart casual work wear policy so no need to be suited and booted, we offer incentives and team lunches on a weekly basis. We have a communal fridge which is normally sticked with drinks snacks and things to make your lunch with.  

We hold weekly team meetings to discuss any new ideas. We also believe in promoting from within.
