A normal day would include:
- Data Entry
- Book jobs on inhouse system from emails
- Reply to emails from clients requesting bookings quotes and proof of deliveries
- Chase missing purchase orders via email and phone
- Order stationary
- Book vehicles in for repairs and keep a log
- Add new clients to system ensure all information has been filled in correctly
- Insurance queries
- Book interviews
- Create Eshots and social media posts

Established in 2011 DB couriers has grown from one man and a van to 35 Drivers and a full office of staff.
We have a smart casual work wear policy so no need to be suited and booted, we offer incentives and team lunches on a weekly basis. We have a communal fridge which is normally sticked with drinks snacks and things to make your lunch with.
