Daily, you will deal with our clients – these will either be people who are looking to buy or sell a property, or they will be estate agents or solicitors that are assisting these people. You will be friendly and engaging and have a desire to build lasting memories and relationships. There will be times you will be asked questions you may not have the answer to – don’t worry, there will always be a team around you to support you!  

You will speak to the members of the public that have enquired about using our platform and convert them into sales – this will need a tenacity and desire to welcome the client into the world of The Agent Site. 

You will also deal with general admin tasks and emails, managing your workload on a daily basis and using your big picture thinking to help progress the business.

We are looking for someone who shares our values and vision to complete the initial apprenticeship and progress with us into a more senior role with-in the company. We believe in helping people become the best they can be and succeed in their professional life.

Things to consider

You will have access to our state-of-the-art platform that connects the buyer, the seller, estate agents and solicitors. You will also be surrounded by property experts – we want you to be a like a sponge and soak up as much knowledge as you can, as this will only help the customer journey. 

You will receive ongoing support from experienced members of the industry, along with fully qualified solicitors. 

Working hours for this role are to be arranged but Monday to Friday (35 Hours).

Hourly rate will be National Minimum Wage.

Having a driving licence may be desirable as the role progresses following the apprenticeship.
