Day-to-day responsibilities can differ, however will surround the following:

  • Assist with day-to-day office management
  • Regular communication with internal staff, suppliers and clients
  • Supporting Directors & Management
  • Marketing support
  • Assist with routine clerical support e.g., photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, telephone calls, incoming mail, scanning
  • Answering the office phone
  • Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems, using IT applications to effectively deliver tasks
  • To undertake any other duties as required by managers or directors.
  • To undertake other reasonable duties (with competence and experience) as requested, in accordance with the changing needs of the organisation
  • Someone who can work with great accuracy
  • A basic understanding of software such as Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, with motivation and drive to succeed
  • Maintain high standard of tidiness of office environment, should visitors arrive onsite
