GDA Electrical Wholesaler is an independently owned and established 2017. Supplying a wide range of electrical products and services to electrical contractors, installers, facilities managers, commercial, industrial users and public.
We are able to help with lighting designs, fire alarm designs, tool hire, calibration and offer out of hours collections.
The Apprentice will work in a small team within this electrical wholesale branch. After full training given your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock in and out (to external clients) as well as in store transfers, stock control, picking and packing, recycling and completing the paperwork associated with a busy Warehouse.
- Trade Counter sales - taking payment, processing orders, looking up items on the computer system, dealing wtih customer queries
- Answering the telephone to both customers and suppliers.
As an Apprentice EDA Apprenticeships Plus will employ the successful candidate on behalf of this Branch.

Completing a Trade Supplier Apprenticeship at Level 2, which includes the following elements
- Competence and Knowledge based qualification in Trade Supplier at Level 2
- Functional Skills in Maths and English
- End Point Assessment - FInal exam, observation and discussion
The vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams.
