Customer Service Apprenticeship - Design Department LWC DRINKS LIMITED
LWC Drinks are recruiting for a vibrant and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join their Design Department within the Support Centre at Head Office. You will be fully supported to achieve a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification, whilst working for the UK's largest drinks wholesaler and distributor!

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Total hours per week: 40.00

Level 2 (GCSE)
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Speaking to customers on a day-to-day basis
- Order input
- Managing customer stocks
- Taking enquiries/orders and general customer service/admin tasks including archiving
- Handling enquiries
- Inbound and outbound calls to customers.
Requirements and prospects
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Good time management skills
- Enthusiasm to work within a fast paced environment
- Ability to be resilient
- Can work comfortably in a busy environment
GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Progression into employment with the company.
Things to consider
This qualification is a standard, meaning there will be an End Point Assessment with an independent EPA Assessor from the Awarding Body to qualify
