Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Speaking to customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Order input
  • Managing customer stocks
  • Taking enquiries/orders and general customer service/admin tasks including archiving
  • Handling enquiries
  • Inbound and outbound calls to customers.
