- Assisting the Operations Support team with general administration and office duties.
- Organisation and distribution of incoming/outgoing post.
- Preparation of relevant site documentation.
- Organisation of incoming PPE deliveries.
- Occasional reception cover.
- Call handling, making and taking telephone calls and ensuring all messages are passed onto relevant parties.
- Providing cover and administration support for other members of the team in their absence.
- Ad-Hoc administration duties, such as scanning, filing, photocopying etc.
Requirements and prospects
Teamwork - Actively contributes to the team and strives to improve teams’ effectiveness through personal commitment. Willing to help others, as part of the Operations department we deal with all aspects of the business.
Planning, Organising & Executing - Be able to understand the priorities, plan and organise the work and manage own time to deliver within the expected timescales.
Customer Awareness - Responsive to the needs of the customer and aims to deliver customer satisfaction. Whether the customer be an external client, or an internal work colleague, each and every one must be dealt with professionally.
Communication - Communicates clearly and concisely, impressing others and ensuring understanding of all relevant information in all circumstances.
Adaptability - Responsive and open to changing circumstances whilst continually aiming to deliver a high standard of work.
Grades A-C (9-4) in Maths and English is essential
There will be opportunities for progression and a permanent position subject to performance.
Things to consider
Need to be hard working and ready to hit the ground running! Will be support and working alongside a team of 5 people, so must be able to communicate effectively and want to work as team player.
