The successful candidate will get the opportunity to contribute to the team and business with sales and marketing. The Windmill group works with clients globally so meeting virtually with potential clients to sell services is a must. Another responsibility is to deal with email leads that have been generated along with communicating and managing these prospective leads. The business has an office abroad with a marketing team so part of the role would be to work on the email marketing campaigns with the manager there.
The candidate will get to come up with ideas and really help shape the digital marketing of our business to generate leads and sales. Not only will they get to work on digital marketing and marketing in general, but they will also get to learn more about business and how they operate. We believe in building strong relationships with our clients and our staff and through this we will truly be able to succeed ahead of our competitors.
Day to day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Generating new business, sales and negotiation will be a key part of this role
- Meeting virtually with potential clients and selling services
- Dealing with email leads
- Liaising with other office
- Social Media posts & planning
- Implementing new marketing techniques ideas for content and working with others to develop copywriting and content for marketing
- Coming up with ideas for content and working with others to develop copywriting and content for marketing
- Using a range of Digital Marketing Tools to support SEO projects
- Some general and project-based admin work
- Attending events and client facing meetings
- Contributing to team meetings and developing new ideas and creative content to help us stay ahead of the competition
Ideally the candidate will have skills with social media marketing, digital marketing, design, photography, use of Adobe design suite, understanding of SEO, however there will be scope for the successful candidate to learn on the job if they show a strong willingness and commitment to learn
