Responsibilities will include:

  • Booking and Registering learners for exams
  • Liaise with awarding bodies
  • Updating various databases
  • Creating Starter Files
  • Completing Stationery orders
  • Invigilating exams
  • Electronic and manual filing
  • File audit
  • Speaking directly with employers and learners
  • Reception cover
  • Updating class registers
  • Copying, scanning, and putting certificates into envelopes
  • Contacting learners when their certificates have arrived
  • Ensuring the office/workspace is kept tidy
  • Implement and abide by the company’s equal opportunities policy
