We are looking for a confident and personable team-player with a passion for technology who will take ownership & responsibility for IT hardware and system configurations and fault fixing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft & Apple Operating Systems and have strong skills in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents.

  • Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support face to face at client sites as well as using remote access software
  • Integrate into small IT team and build relationships with client teams
  • Responsible for solving hardware and software problems & prioritising faults
  • Setting up and configuring IT systems and software for users, in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain IT related documentation & helpdesk

End-Point Assessment (EPA)

End-point assessment (EPA) is the final stage that an apprentice goes through to complete their Apprenticeship.

The Apprentice must show their learning to an independent end-point assessor and the grades available are distinction, pass or fail.

The EPA will include: Project with Questionnaire & Portfolio Interview.


Delivery Method

Our delivery model includes a 1 day per week college attendance for training and development of skills, knowledge and behaviours and 1:1 support from your trainer assessor in the workplace and will include assignments, work-based company projects and self-study.
