The successful candidate would undertake the following duties:
- Cover the reception, answering the telephone and dealing with clients
- Assisting with photocopying
- Dealing with the post, including opening, distributing and franking outgoing mail
- Opening case files
- General typing duties
The above list is in no way exhaustive and the Apprentice would have the ability to take on more responsibilities as they gain more and experience and skills in the workplace.
