During your apprenticeship we will help with the support of a specialist college to develop and train you, you will master the skills to give your career as a chef the start it needs, during apprenticeship training your daily work duties will include:

- Opening kitchen checks 

- setting up for service

- prepping food items for our lunch and brunch menu

- assist the chef

- maintain a clean working section.

Training will include the daily running of the kitchen from prep to service and also include costings and ordering, as you grow in confidence you will be able to create specials and support on the line.

This is a growing company with 2 other businesses locally and looking to expand, ideally you’d join us as a line chef, we always hire from within whenever possible, soon you could be a sous chef.
