To follow a formal structured training programme:
- Work as a full member of the Houghton International Team, developing skills for rewinding, repairing electro mechanical equipment, motors, gearboxes and pumps.
- Learn how to use mechanical and electrical fault finding techniques
- Develop skills over time to contribute to the provision of complete build, repair and preventative maintenance solutions for electronic, electrical and mechanical systems from small servomotors to the largest power generation systems
- Comply with all health & safety procedures
- Promote good housekeeping for an efficient working environment
- Must be prepared to work in a workshop environment and on site
- Deliver excellent internal and external customer care and satisfaction
- Be an ambassador for Houghton International

Desired qualifications
- The candidate must have at least 5 GCSEs, or equivalent, at grade 4 / C or above including maths and English language, IT and sciences
