You will learn:

  • Providing world class service to both internal and external customers
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through where required
  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format
  • Assisting with Reception duties
  • Processing, checking and monitoring the progress of orders within the business
  • Working with various areas of the business ensuring smooth delivery of products
  • Introduction to purchasing administration duties, including expediting suppliers
  • Tracking shipments
  • General office support
