You will learn:
- Providing world class service to both internal and external customers
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through where required
- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing post
- Maintaining the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format
- Assisting with Reception duties
- Processing, checking and monitoring the progress of orders within the business
- Working with various areas of the business ensuring smooth delivery of products
- Introduction to purchasing administration duties, including expediting suppliers
- Tracking shipments

We were founded in 1978 as a mobile welding and repair service for quarries, mines and open cast coal sites by our current Chairman Keith Miller.
