Duties will include:

  • Calling interpreters and assigning them to bookings using our bespoke portal
  • Providing exceptional telephone support to guide customers on their queries
  • Providing updates to customers in line with customer service level agreements and ability to service the customer requirements
  • Ability to use own initiative and make good judgement using established procedures for each service request
