We believe that this apprenticeship will provide the opportunity for you to work with us on a full-time basis and to ‘earn while you learn’. The Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship at Countryways will be perfect for anyone looking to develop their range of hospitality skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification.
You will develop your abilities and knowledge such as recognising customer needs, knowing how to match them to the products and services of Countryways. You will learn how to use your own initiative in certain situations and grow your confidence in determining customers’ needs. You will be working as part of our estate wide team to ensure that every customer feels welcomed and looked after from start to finish.
You will join us initially shadowing the staff here at Countryways and as your training continues, so will your experience, allowing you to move around the departments, covering various areas such as reception and housekeeping duties, all whilst being supported by your Petroc trainer and Countryways Mentor. Just a few of the many important skills in Hospitality that you can grow at Countryways.
