All aspects of office administration including but not limited to:

  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and sub-contractors by telephone, e-mail fax and letter
  • Responsible for sending out Builders Conference/ Glennigan emails etc. in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of the weekly diary on the notice board
  • The typing of quotations as necessary
  • Maintenance of the Quotation Log
  • Assist with Quotation follow up either by telephone or in writing
  • Provide typing and administration support
  • Liaise with customers
  • Liaise with installation engineers
  • Support to Director and Managers in all aspects of Administration
  • Chasing of customer payments and maintaining an accurate record
  • First point of contact for answering of the telephone and taking/passing messages
  • Maintenance of office stationery
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Maintenance of printers
  • Responsible for ensuring post is taken in time to catch the evening post
  • Any other duties as required.
