As we continue to grow, so do the demands on the operational side of our business. So we are looking to hire a talented, driven and enthusiastic ‘Lean Manufacturing Apprentice’ to help ensure the products we make are built to a high standard and the processes we use are fit for purpose.

We need someone to help make our products and help us generate new procedures to improve efficiency, quality and standards. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for writing and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring other members of the team do so.

You will learn to operate:

  • CNC machinery
  • Laser markers
  • Metal finishing
  • 3D printing and more

You will eventually be the main driving force behind product assembly and quality control.

Here is an exciting opportunity to join a small team of engineers and product designers as we commence our drive to improve our manufacturing processes. As a relatively young company we already export our products to the construction and home improvement industries in countries such as Japan, New Zealand, Canada and the USA, as well as territories closer to home in Europe and the UK.
