Responsibilities will include:
- Answering the telephone
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Dealing with enquiries from clients and other professional advisors via email, fax and letter
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Supporting all colleagues
- Making appointment and diary management via both paper and electronic systems
- Assisting the accounts department
- Copying, scanning and faxing
- Assisting the Heads of Department, Solicitors and trainees as appropriate
- Make a positive contribution towards departmental business growth
- Arranging for catering for meetings at the request of Departmental Heads
- Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the reception and meeting room areas
