Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Dealing with enquiries from clients and other professional advisors via email, fax and letter
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Supporting all colleagues
  • Making appointment and diary management via both paper and electronic systems
  • Assisting the accounts department
  • Copying, scanning and faxing
  • Assisting the Heads of Department, Solicitors and trainees as appropriate
  • Make a positive contribution towards departmental business growth
  • Arranging for catering for meetings at the request of Departmental Heads
  • Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the reception and meeting room areas
