We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice who has a passion for working with young children.
As part of the Growing Places family you will be supported in:
- Gaining an understanding of the role of the Key Worker
- Reflecting on children's enquiries and being involved in the planning process
- Creating engaging environments and reflecting on the effectiveness of these environments
- Completing observations on individual and groups of children
- Ensuring children's care needs are met
- Following all Growing Places Policies and Procedures
- Developing the ability to work with parents and to encourage their involvement
- Becoming proactive about your own professional development (researchful)

For this standard A*-C/9-4 in Maths and English or equivalent is desirable, however all applicants will be considered on merit, subject to initial assessment against the requirements of standard.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel essential.
Willingness to learn is key.
Future prospects
Progression into different roles within the company. The opportunity to travel to Reggio Emilia in Italy.
