  • Greeting & serving customers as they enter the store.
  • Advising and assisting customers with fining stock/recommending items.
  • Conducting customer transactions.
  • Maintain a fully stocked store by adhering to company policies Updating inventory ensuring one of each size should always displayed and must be replenished after any sale.
  • Handling complaints.
  • Dealing with customer refunds.
  • Maintain store condition Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.
  • Visual merchandising (mannequins) to be changed on a weekly basis every Tuesday.
  • Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
  • Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
  • Keep up to date with all product information.
  • Promote, protect, always develop and extend the business of the Company.
  • Online sales from e commerce site to be fulfilled, wrapped and posted to the customers using DPD. Address and stock to be checked before sending.
  • Completing customs & import documentation for overseas parcels.
  • Arranging click & collects from online store.
  • Utilize the Bella Diosa Point of sale till system, iPad and card machine for every sale in store.
