We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic personality and a passion for food and cooking. The ideal person will be friendly and willing to follow instructions and learn new skills. This role will fit within our small kitchen team and will support the chefs in the day to day running of the kitchen. There is an opportunity for progression within the business along with developing your skills. This role will report mainly to the head chef, (or another chef in his absence). You will receive one-on-one time with the head chef allowing him to work with you directly on learning your new talents.

The candidate will follow a Level 2 Apprenticeship programme and study towards a full Level 2 NVQ Commis Chef Standard. This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College – South & West. If the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A-C (9-4) or equivalent, they will be required to complete a Level 1 Functional Skill in the relevant subject
