Your role is to provide exceptional customer service whilst performing your regular duties, as well as assisting fellow waiting staff. Other duties include talking to guests to ensure they have a good experience, reporting any guest complaints or workplace issues to the Manager.

- Greeting and serving guests with food and drinks as required
- Talk to guests about the menu and drinks, and recommend possible combinations
- Take customers' orders and pass them to kitchen staff or bar assistants
- Clear tables of dirty dishes, cutlery and glasses in a timely manner when guests have finished eating or drinking, and return to kitchen wash up area
- Ensure your tasks are completed as guided by the Restaurant Manager
- Work as a team with other staff in the dining room, and effectively be able to communicate with the Kitchen staff
- To serve up to 28 guests per station at the Restaurant Managers discretion
- Make sure your section is clean and tidy and reset for the next session using clean and undamaged glasses or cutlery and plate-ware
- Any other reasonable related task as guided by the Restaurant Manager
- Be accurate and courteous at all times
- Attend Training and Refresher Training sessions, as required by the hotel management
- Be aware of company Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others to help to maintain a safe working environment
