Due to our operational growth, Paragon Motor Company, are looking to recruit two Apprentice Vehicle Technicians to learn all aspects of vehicle mechanics and vehicle technology while completing the apprenticeship qualifications.
Vacancy duties and responsibilities would include:
- To assist and complete allocated tasks as per instruction
- To work with colleagues to maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidiness
- To maintain the work bay and surrounding areas in a clean and tidy condition
- To ensure that within your area of operation that all Company and Trade Association policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to
- Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure that the Paragon experience is delivered to all contacts at all times
- To attend all training programmes
- To take personal responsibility for the daily maintenance of workshop equipment, and reports equipment defects or problems that need attention

Desired qualifications
The entry qualifications for the Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship are three GCSEs, or equivalents, at grades 4 or above (Old GCSE, or equivalents, grade C or above) including Maths and English or successful completion of the Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship.
Future prospects
On successful completion of the Level 3 you can continue in your career as a Motor Vehicle Technician
