Duties to include:
- Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
- Issuing letters to clients
- Managing email inboxes

- Organise and report data
- Managing in-house computer systems
- Dealing with incoming calls from clients and assisting appropriatetly
- Collecting client information and completing the next steps
- Arranging appointments with clients for other departments
