The main duties of the role include  :

  • Service renewal
  • Request purchase orders as per contract requirement
  • Check service receipts & pass to relevant department
  • Invoicing
  • Filing paperwork
  • Log all breakdown calls onto ESM & contact engineer
  • Contact customers regarding repairs to lift
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Produce relevant certificates & booklets
  • Report customer feedback & H&S issues to Service Manager & other general administrative duties
