About the employer

Resolve Care was founded in 2008.  Our mission is to provide the very highest standards of care and support, in high quality accommodation.

Resolve Care provides residential care for male adults with learning disabilities, some who also have autism, in two rural setting homes.  We employ a staff team of over 30 people, and we support 15 people.

The Resolve team is passionate about providing the best possible support for our service users.  We are driven by our shared values of compassion, empathy, dignity and integrity.

At Resolve Care, we are passionate about people.  We are committed to enabling each individual to develop at their own pace and make choices that fulfil personal dreams and aspirations.  The Resolve team supports people to live the best lives possible for them and respects each individual’s right to choice.

At Resolve we have developed our own model of care which we believe demonstrates how the highest possible levels of care can be delivered.  In 2016 we published an academic paper detailing our model of care in the Journal of Intellectual Disabilities.  It is our goal to influence other people working in the sector to attain this level of care and support.

Our homes are inspected by the Care Quality Commission.  Both homes are rated Outstanding, our last inspection was 2020.
